The sales Account manager will join the French sales team reporting to the country GM.

This individual will drive new revenue streams on his territory from Numara�s FootPrints and Numara AMP suites, primarily into the mid, and upper-mid market, closing business to ensure high revenue growth and reference customers.
Duties:�Develop a pipeline from his/her own prospection on the assigned territory
�Support channels and support their sales activities
�Manage / qualify and engage leads that will be provided by marketing
�Ensure that the sales cycle is well under control, bringing leads to maturity by working closely with the sales / presales team
�Keep a pipeline and a forecast up to date using the tools provided by the company
�Ensure a strategy is defined and properly executed on the territory assigned
�Reach and exceed qualitative and quantitative targets set by the company
Qualifications:�Proven track record of success in selling mid-market and enterprise software.
�Have consistently met or exceeded quarterly and annual quota objectives 3 out of the last 4 years.
�Demonstrated success in prospecting, proposing and closing business in service management or a related field.
�ITIL, help desk and asset management knowledge highly desirable.
�Professional mid-market sales skills
�Proven track record of success in service management or a related field.
�Demonstrate desire to move into a senior sales role within 12 months.
�Ability to deal at CxO level
�Excellent presentation and communication skills in French and English
�Ability to make and respect commitments
�Autonomous, Entrepreneurship, Team player �
