The Inside Account Manager will be responsible for generating revenue through qualifying existing customer needs and marrying those needs to our award winning products and services.
Duties:The primary responsibility of an Inside Account Manager at Numara Software is to meet
revenue goals and objectives through providing products and services to existing customer base.

The sucessful candidate should be able to effectively perform the duties below
• The ability to effectively qualify a new prospect and make quantified
recommendations, marrying their needs to our suite of products.
• Manage and document detailed sales cycles, indentifying and overcoming barriers
throughout
• The ability to grow existing accounts with existing product offerings and introduction of
new product offerings as they present themselves.
• Practice effective lead management resulting in contact with the highest possible
percentage of assigned leads, providing an accurate forecast of your book of
business.
• Assisting with the evaluation of our products as well as assisting customers with
sales, service, or technical issues.
• Maintain an acceptable level of knowledge on all Numara software products, pricing,
source codes, marketing promotions, competitor products, etc.which have an impact
on sales process.
• Accurately maintain quality database performance levels in utilizing multiple
department programs.
• Maintain appropriate performance levels while adhering to all company policies and
procedures.
• Foster a good team environment by communicating effectively with their field
counterpart, supervisor, and all areas of the ITS organization.
Qualifications:The ideal candidate will posses self motivation, creative sales technique, ability to verbally communicate sucessfully with all level within the organization.

Qualifications
• 3+ Years of software or IT sales experience
• Thorough understanding of sales process techniques and strategies
• 4 year degree from an accredited university or college
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Quantifiable and documented history of sales success
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Must have ability to effectively engage with multiple levels and departments within
an organization
