Position Description:
*Provides effective sales support to the Direct Sales Team and to the Channel in order to maximize revenue potential
*Demonstrates and presents Numara products to prospects, customers and partners Supports software applications
*Assists in identifying customer requirements and to position the appropriate solutions and products
*Designs, builds, and presents customized demonstrations in order to highlight key strengths of the solutions
*Installs product evaluations and proofs of concept on customer sites
*Provides technical responses to �Invitation to Tenders� and �Requests for Information�
*Works with Sales, Product Management and *Consultancy Services to ensure the seamless transfer of technical knowledge, project handover and new product information
*Educates partners how to sell and position the Numara product suite |
| Qualifications: | *College Degree in related field of study
*Strong Technical background
*At least three years pre-sales or consultancy background
*Experience in the IT Service Management or Helpdesk markets
*Business focus and credibility
*Ability to operate credibly at board level
*Excellent written communications skills
*Highly demonstrable team player mentality
*Conscientious and hardworking
*Flexible and dynamic
*Focused and results driven
*Language skills (French, German, Spanish)
*ITIL certification of Foundation level or higher
*Experience of Network Infrastructure Management tools
*TCP/IP Network Technologies
*Microsoft Technology experience
*Knowledge and experience with Project implementation methodologies and best practices
