The UK Marketing Manager role is a Reading based position. With occasional requirement to travel to our Birmingham office in the UK and our offices in the US from time to time. Reporting directly to the EMEA & APAC Marketing Director and General Manager this role provides strategic and tactical marketing support to Numara Software UK office.

| Duties: | Together with the EMEA & APAC Marketing Director and General Manager you will develop the marketing plan for UK to achieve defined revenue targets
•Administration of the UK marketing budget
•Input into the defining the strategy for the lead management process including distribution criteria & reporting requirements
•Production of monthly reports to EMEA & APAC Marketing Director and General Manager
•Manage new product release communications, including input into website content & all other relevant sales tools.
•As directed by the EMEA & APAC Marketing Director co-ordinate & manage UK tradeshows & seminars
•Custodian of the Numara Software brand. Work within the UK to ensure Branding Guidelines, Privacy Guidelines and all relevant legislation are adhered.
•Contribution to the overall UK marketing strategy including budget recommendations
•Together with EMEA and APAC Marketing Director develop sub-reseller partner marketing strategy, if required.
•Assist in the execution of marketing activities with key OEM & Strategic Alliance partners as appropriate.

| Qualifications: | Marketing Degree
5+ years experience in senior marketing role
Knowledge of Service Management Software industry, particularly Helpdesk & IT Asset Management
Experience of the full marketing mix – biased towards lead generation
Strong Marcom background
Experience of building and deploying integrated Marketing Campaigns in UK International Marketing experience
A mature, confident & highly presentable individual with a consultative manner and strong oral and written communication skills
