| Description: | As an Inside Sales Professional with Numara Software you will be responsibe for meeting revenue goals and objectives through the growth of existing and new accounts |
| Duties: | • The ability to grow existing accounts with existing product offerings and introduction of new product offerings as they present themselves is crucial to the success of an Account Manager.
• Practice effective lead management resulting in contact with the highest possible percentage of assigned leads, providing an accurate forecast of your book of business.
• Assisting with the evaluation of our products as well as assisting customers with sales, service, or technical issues.
• Effectively handle customer calls and quality database entries simultaneously
• Maintain an acceptable level of knowledge on all Numara software products, pricing, source codes, marketing promotions, competitor products, etc..which have an impact on sales process.
• Accurately maintain quality database performance levels in utilizing multiple department programs.
• Participate in ongoing training for both technical and sales environments.
• Maintain appropriate performance levels while adhering to all company policies and procedures.
• Foster a good team environment by communicating effectively with supervisor and all areas of the ITS organization

| Qualifications: | • 3+ Years of IT sales experience
• College degree with emphasis on technical aptitude of desktop software solutions
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of PC’s and trouble shooting skills
• Proven success at inside sales
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a high transaction environment
• Must have ability to effectively interface with all types of people
