| Description: | The Cloud Services Architect performs a critical role in supporting the SaaS environment. This person is responsible for ensuring our cloud services infrastructure is designed to be highly available and secure. This person will be the final point of escalation for technical issues within the Cloud Services environment. |
| Duties: | �Design systems in a scalable, cost effective manner.
�Be responsible for quickly and efficiently resolving system related issues.
�Conduct capacity planning.
�Conduct systematic reviews of process and procedures.
�Identify new ideas to improve security, scalability and reliability.
�Create and maintain accurate documentation on the environment, department processes and procedures.
�Work with hosting provider in performing necessary maintenance and implementation operations.
�Work directly with clients to configure software installation remotely.
�Work directly with clients to upgrade software remotely.
�Provide Technical Support on Numara Products as necessary.

�Strong Linux administration Skills
�Experience working with Microsoft Operating Systems
�Strong Apache administration experience
�Strong MSSQL Server experience preferred
�Strong MYSQL Server experience preferred
�Strong PostgresSQLServer experience preferred
�Experience with Virtualization technologies strongly preferred
�Experience with Network Monitoring and optimization technologies preferred
�Advanced knowledge of Information Security best practices is preferred. CISSP is a plus.
