| Description: | The USA field marketing director will be responsible for driving lead generation and sales pipeline in the USA for both direct and indirect channels. The position will require the candidate to manage a team of 2 additional marketeers, run the region and manage key local suppliers. Working closely with the Sales Director for the region the candidate will build a structured marketing plan to maximize the budget and resources allocated. |
| Duties: | The field marketing director will be responsible for 2 key initiatives:
1. CENTRAL EXECUTION
To manage the regional execution of all centrally built marketing campaigns built by the corporate marketing team
Support the IDG marketing investment and input to the regional needs
To build lead and sales pipeline
2. REGIONAL MARKETING EXECUTION
Build lead generation initiatives
Regional budget management
Regional PR and awareness
To build lead and sales pipeline
Key activities will involve:-
�Execute central campaigns
�Building local campaign / demand creation
�Customer and prospect Database
�Leveraging local market influencers
�Local case studies
�Local PR
�Channel marketing
�Reporting
Required Campaign Manager Skill set:
�Strong demand creations experience
�Very strong understanding of the market landscape and the influencers within it
�Multi continent, trans-cultural experience.
�Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
�Able to work under pressure and manage workloads effectively
�Highly self-motivated and well organized
�Charismatic and articulate
�Demonstrate excellent leadership and vision
�Excellent copy writing skills
�Co-ordination skills

| Qualifications: | Candidate Profile
�strong knowledge of IT Service Management, IT Operations Management and IT Asset Management
�come from a $50M - $200M software company
�known entity within the IT Management market.
�10 years marketing / management experience.
